Summer Family Portrait Session Details

Focusing on family moments as a whole with bias towards your child/children.

Creating fun moments and documenting them in a timeless finish is a huge deal!

quantity

includes 30 digital images plus extras
there's no option to buy extra images, number of extras beyond the 30 included images are solely determined by NT photography.
the only way to result in more images is to make it difficult for me to resist doing more shots. So all you need to do is put your digital devices away and truly enjoy the moments with your loved ones.
as a rough guide, on a typical session we usually end up with no less than 70 images in total.

All images will receive the same top-notch edit which includes but not limited to

face blemishes and scratches removed or lightened
body blemishes and scratches removed or lightened
eye bags and wrinkles lightened
face and body slimming
background distractions removed
background tone adjustment
lighting optimisation
skin tone optimisation
photo composite
slight teeth whitening
photo composite

note: none of the above will be overdone, every procedure works together to achieve a timeless and natural finish. All images will be in the highest resolution possible.

session duration and date

It is highly recommend to avoid weekends or public holiday if possible, less people means it will be much easier for us to have fun and of course it also means more stunning images.
Session generally goes for approximately 2 hours, but it's understood that things can get out of hand at times. So no extra will be charged if we need more time. As long as we got the shots sorted.

location

We can either have it done at the comfort of your home or signature style outdoors.
Depending on our session date, It can be at most locations on a weekday, but for weekends or public holidays obviously most places will be more crowded, so we will have more limitations on places we can go. We could discuss further on this, I also have some outdoor location to recommend based on your preference.
With child under 9 months, it is highly recommended to have a home session. Where they feel the most comfortable.

images lead time

you will receive a few images within 48hrs from our actual shoot, to give a rough idea of the finished images.
final images lead time is approximately 6-10 weeks from shoot day.

satisfaction guarantee

To confirm our photo session, a $1000 deposit is required. Provided that my style is your cup of tea, If final results are deemed unsatisfactory, a reshoot will be offered OR you will be asked to keep the remaining balance as a gift.

balance of the shoot will ONLY be accepted upon satisfaction of final images.

unexpected weather condition

there are 2 options we could consider

A reschedule, new dates will be discussed by then into a day that works for us both.
In case you do feel like having a bit more fun, we could do a less traditional rain portrait session instead.

extra charges

apart from the quoted price, there isn't any stupid hidden charges here, but here's a few to note.

hkd500 extra for beach session
hkd500 extra for location unreachable by car or location without nearby parking options.
hkd800 extra for personal reason reschedule request. (but honestly I'm quite reasonable... I think)

other things to note

makeup is not included. It is advised that you arrive the shoot with a natural look, or hire a makeup artist with the style that you adore.
we will also be discussing outfit options together, the goal is to end up with a natural timeless finish while still being you.
Upon delivery of final images, You will also be invited to join a past client ONLY private group which provides access to future sessions discounts and other exclusive content.
